Updating from v3.5.1 to v3.5.2 is unnecessary since the update only provides cosmetic changes to show new ordering information due to the transfer to Arachnoware.
1. If you are updating to v3.5.2 from v3.4 or an earlier version, accomplish
items 2-13. If you are updating from 3.5 to 3.5.2, skip items 2-13 and
just do item #14.
2. Update to Hermes II v3.4. If you are running an older version of Hermes
you will have to run each updater from the current version to v3.4 and
then follow the instructions listed here. The following outlines the
sequence of updaters to use. They are all in the "Updaters" file that is
available on the tech support BBS
Hermes v2.2

Hermes II v3.1.1
Hermes II v3.2.1
Hermes II v3.3

Hermes II v3.5.2 uses the same serial number as v3.4, so you do not need a
new serial number once you have received your v3.4 serial number.
All externals that worked with v3.4 will also work with v3.5.2.
3. Make a backup copy of your "Strings" file; this is the only file from
your current BBS that is modified.
4. Run the v3.4 -> v3.5 updater application. Select the "Update All" option

more than once and it will not cause a problem.

11. The 3.4 -> 3.5 updater will create the new ANSI and text header files for
all forums, conferences, areas and directories. When new forums or areas are
created, header files for them are also created. Header files are created
for new directories and conferences when the first file is uploaded or the
first message is posted.
